... Now why didn't I think of this sooner!?
I wasn’t sure if I would ever find the accessories for my fall wedding theme…. enough to pull it all together at least. I wanted our ceremony and reception at the Mansfield Golf Club to be beautifully designed with golds and varying shades of orange and red for the big event in early November. Plus lights, a LOT of soft twinkling lights, without spending a fortune. As an international customer shopping for wedding supplies on US websites I tried to manage my expectations.
Fortunately I found a wonderful company online called Save-On-Crafts. They had the best in autumn wedding ceremony and reception decorations. Even my wedding favors of choice, plantable petal cones, were available and fit the theme. The wedding cake accessories were exceptional. In fact, everything was exceptional! I never expected to find all these items from a single website.
Here’s just some of what I found… gold leaf branches in bundles of 10, natural/preserved autumn leaves in all the vibrant fall colors, and some greenery and vases which I combined for the reception tables' centerpieces. I even used fall garlands over the doorways for additional accent. I kept it simple with the candles and just did small votives, but an enormous amount of them. I think my favorite find had to be the Natural Bodhi Leaf Lights in Orange Yellow Fire. Gorgeous! We draped them around the dance floor.
Now the kicker is living in Australia, will I be able to ship the wedding supplies overseas? Thankfully the Save-On-Crafts website directed me to a page for International customers. I continued to set up a US address with the package forwarding company called Bongo International after viewing the demo on their website. My purchase was shipped to their warehouse the same day. I also went ahead and had my custom veil being made in California, sent to Bongo. They consolidated all my precious items into one shipment a week later which was perfect!
